I’m the coach behind Grace & Growth Coaching, offering online coaching for women and teenagers dealing with school stress and working toward healthier relationships.

I hold an associate’s degree in Psychology in Christian Counseling and I’m currently pursuing my bachelor’s. My approach is warm, practical, and faith - informed -I believe growth happens best with grace, honesty, and encouragement.

A quick note: this is coaching, not counseling, therapy, or crisis care. It’s a supportive space to talk things through, get clear on what’s next, and build the confidence to move forward.
